Three ways access can be funded

Salt House Pro supports the way veterinary training actually happens. A practice can fund team access, an individual can fund their own portable record, or a certification provider can fund enrollment access for a specific program.

No double billing: sponsored staff do not need to pay separately for sponsored access, and provider-funded certification access applies to that enrollment without changing the learner's global account type.

For Veterinary Practices

Business pricing is built around the paid pain: managers need to know who is trained, what is missing, who verified it, and what needs attention next. The subscription includes the veterinary practice workspace, manager-led assignments, team reporting, signoff records, practice-owned Library content, and the first five active staff seats.

Individual pricing is for veterinary professionals who want their own record to travel with them. Pro supports portable proof, professional profile depth, CE tracking, credentials, and certification access where the provider or practice has not already funded access.

• Free: Create an account, manage basic profile information, explore options, and enroll where allowed or funded by providers.
• Pro monthly: $5/month for full individual access.
• Pro annual: $60/year for full individual access.
• Use the Professional Profile as a portable proof hub for certifications, credentials, CE, experience, and curated competency proof.
• Discover Directory certifications, enroll where access is available, and keep verified proof across employers.
• Track continuing education, attach proof files, monitor renewal progress, and export summaries.
• If a veterinary practice sponsors you, sponsored access is handled through that workspace rather than a separate individual charge for the sponsored use.

For Certification Providers

Provider pricing keeps publishing simple. Creating and publishing certifications is free. Providers pay for enrollment credits only when they choose to fund learner access to a specific certification, and eligible programs can use the Certification Directory as a discovery channel.

• Credits are purchased for a specific certification and stored in your provider account.
• Each provider-funded enrollment consumes one credit when the learner is activated.
• Credits let learners track that certification without needing Individual Pro or business sponsorship.
• You set your own certification pricing; Salt House Pro does not take a revenue share on your content.
• Published certifications can be discovered by practices and professionals when access settings allow.
• Approved providers can issue verified CE records for eligible activities or certification completions.
• Provider reporting can help you understand enrollment usage, progress, and completion trends.
• No fixed public price list: credits are priced case-by-case and invoiced manually.

How the payment paths work together

• A practice sponsors staff when the work is part of the clinic's training, assignment, reporting, and signoff workflow.
• An individual pays for Pro when they want their own portable professional record, CE tracking, and certification access outside sponsorship.
• A provider buys enrollment credits when they want to include Salt House Pro tracking access inside their own certification offering.
• The proof stays useful because completed certifications, CE, credentials, and selected achievements can contribute to the individual's professional profile.
